This extra virgin olive oil is obtained entirely from the extraction of juice from the olive variety Lechín in Seville and following traditional criteria of organic farming , using only mechanical means and cold extraction to preserve its organoleptic characteristics.
It has the seal of organic food in Andalusia , ASAC , which excludes the use of chemical compounds (which harm the environment) throughout the extraction process and has not experienced any kind of refined chemical methods, as it does with all olive oils are not a virgin.

With an itch and medium bitterness , this organic olive oil made from the olive variety Lechín Seville , differs from other extra virgin olive oils using more juice varieties used , it is not necessary to add anything to the oil for more typical aroma and bitterness of good oil. Another interesting feature of our oils , is that- be rainfed certain range of features depends on the weather of the year.
It is an organic olive oil from our olive groves in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla and evoking traditional flavors.
