Terms of Sale

We do not want you to worry about not to find something you really need in our shop. We do not intend to make our clients lose their time. The law inquire us to have conditions of use, so we have tried to make it as clear as possible.

1. Time of delivery.

We will send you your purchase within 72 hours, except if the payment is carried out through bank transfer. In this case, the time of delivery will be 7 working days.

If the product is out of stock, you will be notified and the order will be on hold until it would be possible to realize. If the customer does not want to wait, his or her amount will be returned.

Why does a bank transfer last 7 days? Because it is the time in which a transfer can be cancelled, and The Old Olive should pay the costs arising from the cancellation. We are just starting this business, so please understand us. We cannot assume big risks, but we always want to offer you the best services and products.

2. Payment forms available.

We have organized everything to let you pay almost as you want. We have payment forms for the most modern people or for those who prefer traditional ways.

  1. Bank transfer: Once you have concluded your purchase, we give you our account number where you have to make the payment. We will show you the order number to let you use it as reference. Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the product to your home in 7 days.
  2. Deposit in bank account: As the previous method, we will give you our number account where you have to make the payment. Once confirmed, we will send the product to your address.
  3. PayPal: In our opinion, it is the easier and quicker payment form. It also offers more trust to everyone. You only have to choose it, introduce an user and a password and confirm the purchase.
  4. Credit card: You will have to introduce your personal information (name and surname, card number, security code, PIN) to let our virtual TPV of Caja Rural to make the management. But remember that we do not keep your card number neither PIN nor security code. Once confirmed the purchase, we will send you the product.
  5. Collect on delivery: You give us your information about delivery and billing and we will send you your purchase through our transport agency. This charge us a 2% in the bill, so this charge will be included in your purchase.

3. Distribution costs.

What the agency charges us is what we will charge you. It is not our business and we do not want to be an intermediary of any transport agency, we just sell special products for special people. In this way, you will pay a minimum of 4.48 euros (depending on the product weight, in this case 2Kg) and the VAT is not included. We do not send products to Ceuta, Melilla, Canarias or Baleares.

4. About changes and returns.

According to law 7/1996 on retail commerce, within its article 44, from the 15 of January of the Ordination of retail business modified by the law 47/2002, from the 19 of December, if you want to make any change or return after having received your product you have 7 days.

We recommend you to minimize possible problems reading the description and characteristics of what you buy. Each product have its own components and the technical sheet of the supplier.

In The Old Olive we are not perfect but we prepare all the orders, although we can also make a mistake. If you do not receive your order according to the conditions agreed, contact with us to solve the problem as soon as possible.

You are The Old Olive and you are the most important thing for us, so you have to take into account this before making a change or a return:

  1. A mistake in the selection of the product: Unfortunately, if this is your case, you would have to bear the costs of returning your purchase. Once we receive it, we will send you the correct order with unpaid postage.
  2. A mistake of us: In this case, we will pay all the transport costs.
  3. Returns: If the mistake have to do with a confusion with one of the thousands sweeteners which our products have, like a difference between the milk and the lactose, once we verify that all is correct and payed the returning costs, we will return you your money.

5. Take into account.

We will not change any of our products if it has been opened, the seal has been removed (if the product brings one) or if it has been manipulated.
